Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

We cannot accept exchanges or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Once your item is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the exchange is approved. Approved exchanges may be made for any other available bag of your choice. Price differences, if any, will be charged or credited accordingly.

Refunds

In accordance with Colombian Consumer Law (Ley 1480 de 2011), customers are entitled to request a full monetary refund within 30 days of purchase in the following cases:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description at the time of sale.
  • The product was not delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • The customer exercises the right of retraction (derecho de retracto) on purchases made through electronic or distance channels, within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of the return being received and inspected. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.

Outside of the cases established by Ley 1480, all other approved requests will be processed as exchanges for any available bag of your choice.
